Manufactured from hardened steel material, all circular grooves undergo mirror polishing to ensure the resulting beads are rounder, shinier, and dimensionally more precise. The electroplating finish is also more aesthetically pleasing and higher-grade. Furthermore, it features enhanced compatibility—eliminating the need for loading/unloading grinding discs—as a single disc supports multiple specifications of bead grooves.
The size error before and after bead grinding is only ±0.1~0.2
